This release requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.  You can download this from the Microsoft web site if you don't already have it.

 

Click on the link below.  You should open the file rather than save it to disk.  The setup program will then download the required files and install TCA 2.0 Beta 1 on your machine.

 

The setup program is about 250K and the complete download is less than 2MB (2000K).  With a 56K modem, this should take around 5 minutes.
